My go to for building supplies. You get small town service instead of the big box store treatment. Joe, Byron and Chad are great to deal with and very knowledgeable and the crew in the yard is always great when I have to pick up small loads. Prices are fair and they go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.

The people there are really nice and helpful. I wish I could say the same for some of their material. Paid 141.00 for some 2x4 cedar( had to order it) 2 pieces were splitting, 2 pieces were bowed pretty bad. Not what I was expecting from a “lumber company”. 3.00 ea. fence pickets about the same. * was able to use cedar after all. Also manager called to make things right in less than 24hrs. That says something right there. Sorry I jumped the gun. V.R.

Clean and orderly which is unusual for a multi purpose building supplies and equipment company. They have excellent displays of a variety of products. Most importantly, you are greeted as soon as you enter the front door.

Called 2 times to get quotes, after my husband called 3. Never once a return phone call. Have to go up there to make the order. Paid for half had to have my husband call with his card (spending limits) and again noone would return a phone call. He called Kim 4 times, left voicemail and still nothing. Had to call back the next morning spoke with a guy that took the card number and didn’t pay for the order, so Kim calls back that afternoon wanting a payment for something that should have already been taken care of. Extremely frustrating people to deal with. And when all this is mentioned to them, it’s because they “are short handed”. Just like everyone one else is. Needless to say this is a one and done experience. ** update ** Darrell the general manager called and we spoke about the issue, he says things have been adjusted since our experience. He very politely offered to have our very heavy order delivered and while we had to pass, we very much appreciate his effort to correct the issue. I would prefer to do business with people like that than these big box stores.

Best lumber supply in the area, I don’t even bother to go other places anymore. Customer service is amazing and the staff is very helpful. The yard guys go out of their way to go up to you and ask “have you been helped?” Bottom line: highly recommended.
