As a homeowner, I am always on the lookout for reliable contractors who can provide quality workmanship at a fair price. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Chris at Handyman Augusta,Ga., and I am thrilled with the results of his work. One of the first jobs Chris did for me was leveling my mobile home. I was concerned about the stability of the structure, and Chris put my mind at ease by carefully and precisely leveling the home. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my daily routine. Next, I hired Chris to gut the back bedroom and bath. I had always wanted to update these areas of my home, and Chris was the perfect person for the job. He worked diligently to remove all the trailer trusses in these rooms and replace them with regular house material. The new trusses he installed in the bedroom and bathroom were top-notch, and I could see the improvement in the stability of the structure almost immediately. In addition to the structural work, Chris also installed new windows in my bedroom, master bathroom, living room and dining room. In the living room, he removed two windows and replaced them with three, which not only improved the natural light in the room but also provided a more modern and stylish look to the space. In the dining room, Chris replaced the two trailer windows with two vinyl windows, which not only looked great but also provided superior energy efficiency and insulation. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work Chris did for me. He was professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results of his work. We would recommend Chris for any home repair job. Quick to respond, punctual, and provided estimate with pictures. He was competent, professional, and detail oriented in both jobs he did for us. My first experience with Chris was to repair facia and siding on the corner of my house where wind has blown off the siding and had rotten some of the wood. Chis was quick to get back with me on what was needed, and he did a fantastic job. So I felt comfortable to have him replace the interior walls with shiplap and sheetrock...again a fantastic job. One thing about him is that he is going to do it right or bust. Easy to talk to and a good listener because he strives to do it exactly what the client wants. Got to save up for my next project of refacing my underpin and front door stoop. I'm sure Chris will do a great job!
