Hampton Inn & Suites Augusta West

3 Stars- the room is very nice. Clean, a/c works amazingly! But, do NOT STAY here for a pool! So disappointed.. pool is completely inside. In the basement! It is a very small pool and was not clear at all. Did not look clean nor appealing at all for July in Augusta. Super disappointing, but rooms are nice😩

This was a great over night stay thanks to guest service representative, Cody! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful from go! I normally am pretty self sufficient and travel with spare water and utensils, but this was a little bit different trip, so when I came down on different occasions realizing I needed items, Cody was present at the desk and either pointed me in the right direction or had what I needed handy at the desk. I apologized for being so needy and he was polite, genuinely thanked me for being a guest, and that it was his pleasure. This young man definitely seems to enjoy his job and is a great asset to Hampton Inn and Hilton properties. I will definitely make this my stop when I'm on the Augusta area. The room along with the hotel was also clean and comfortable. Great options for breakfast.

We stayed her for 3 nights. The breakfast was great, the pool was clean and plenty of towels. Our room clean and the beds were ok. I was really impressed with the attitude of all the staff. I needed another blanket for our daughter and they were right on it. They really were happy, not like a lot of places, you could tell they enjoyed working their. I will definitely will stay here again when in Augusta. My wife was particularly impressed the way the way our child was treated. She really liked Cody and wanted to say goodby when we departed.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights for a work trip. I arrived late and had to leave very early two days later upon check out. Every single employee - no matter the shift - was friendly and welcoming, and happy to help. They go out of their way to make you feel cared for. The breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The lovely woman who supervises the breakfast obviously takes great pride in what she does. Thank you for making this trip so pleasant!

When I tell you this location was absolutely great it was just that. Especially the love felt from Ms. Connie and the management team. Ms Connie made us feel like we were having breakfast with our great aunt or grandmothers home kitchen. The decor and presentation of breakfast was amazing. You can tell she loves her Job and the Gift God has given her. The rooms were clean and great for a quick stay. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a quick stay over in West AUGUSTA.
