Hampton Inn Aiken

Extremely helpful and kind staff. However, the hotel needs to upgrade the hot water heater. There was never hot water in our room no matter what time we took a shower. The entire hotel is in need of updating. Room was decently clean until I noticed a large area of hair someone had shaved off sitting on the granite countertop in the bathroom. Fridge was also not cold. Maintenance came right away and fixed it. Very helpful. We stayed for an out of state funeral. Unfortunately there was also a t ball tournament the same weekend. We received prank calls non stop and knocking and screaming all hours of the night.

Very nice room and helpful staff. Unfortunately the AC was not working in the foyer, main hallway and breakfast area. This made for a very uncomfortable environment in what is usually a dependable brand of hotel. It could not be made right which was disappointing.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly! I had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn in Aiken. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and all amenities were just as expected—reliable Wi-Fi, a great shower, and a tasty, well-stocked breakfast. The location is convenient, close to great restaurants and shopping, yet quiet enough for a restful night. Special shoutout to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aiken—whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

When we checked in it was a warm welcome from brother Phillip who helped us with our rooms and I wasn't feeling well through the night and that next morning sister Debbie who's cooking the food took care of us so well this is one of the best Hamptons I've stayed in they understand customer service may God bless them and their families and this hotel my wife and I we will be back I am Pastor Roger L Parris 🙏🏽

Comfy and clean rooms along with a good breakfast to start the day. Fitness center is lacking but they do offer a complimentary visit at a local gym. I would stay here again if in the area.
