The guy that came by was professional, reliable, and got the job done quickly in the midst of all the craziness happening after Hurricane Helene. They ended up replacing our roof, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Dylan worked directly with our insurance company and truly went the extra mile to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had an excellent experience with Gunn Roofing! I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were there Friday morning at 8 am, ready to work. I received a through explanation of the estimate and what was needed to complete the job. I received updates throughout the day of the progress on my roof. We were in need of a new roof two years after purchase of our home. I had three contractors provide estimates for the identical roof, type and shingles! Two were similar and one almost 5k higher. Gunn roofing came in with similar pricing BUT Dylan was able to answer all my concerns! He took the time to go over every aspect of the project, materials and time frame! I discussed with Dylan in depth and the greatest asset were his knowledge, drive, kindness and personnel (installers).
