Benjamin is "outstanding", and I couldn't be happier with the work that he has done to my pianos. One of them had keys that turned yellow. He restored it to the beauty that it was when I first purchased the piano. His tuning work is also incredible. After tuning/voicing and correcting the issues with the hammers, the tones are clear and amazing!! Benjamin is highly professional and meticulous regarding his work. His honesty and friendliness makes you feel as if you have known him for years.
