I've stayed here 2x and both times I had: •Great Price •Clean Room •Peaceful sleep •Relaxation •Pleasant Interactions with the Staff **I'll Likely be staying here every time I visit Aiken, moving forward✨️ Edit: I reserved a room here, about a week ago. Had to request a room change 3x within 10 minutes of check in. All dirty. Roaches in one, no hot water in the next, and bed bugs in the last. All smelled like rancid smoke. Some shifty guy tried to solicit sex from me, as I was checking the 2nd room. Needless to say, I checked out before I ever got to settle in....Never received my refund..

I booked 1 room for 1/1-1/5 there became an emergency 3 days before arrival and we could no longer stay. I have yet been able to get in touch with the hotel, the phone rings then has a fax machine sound. I was charged over $200 to not even stay here because no one will get back to me

The room was horrible. The faucet in the sink was taped up, but leaked all night. When I turned the shower on, water was shooting from the sides of the tape onto the bathroom floor and toilet. The shower water pressure was basically nonexistent. It was in the 30s but I couldn’t use the room heater because it was disassembled. No luck with the tv remote and music blaring all night from other rooms. When I was trying to check out in the morning no one was answering the night window. I waited till 8 so they’d open the lobby and they did not. I called multiple times; there was no response and there was no box to leave the key in.

I like the young lady that work there she was very professional polite and helpful. It made my stay even better. There was some things in the room that I can tell we're not cleaned or dusted properly.

The staff and ownership is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've traveled extensively and rarely encountered a place like this. I work remotely and it was just perfect for the past week I stayed here. The Management are some of the nicest people I've encountered on the road and that I've met in the state of SC. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for something affordable and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and I slept great in a soft bed the past week.
