They reroofed both our multi-story main home and a detached mother-in-law suite in under a day and a half. The speed and efficiency were impressive, and the quality of the work is just as remarkable. I would give GS Roofing & Construction 6 stars, but I'm limited to 5. Working with Gee is such a pleasure. He explains things so the average homeowner can understand what's going on with their roof. Gee has been my roofer since I bought and remodeled a home built in the early '70s. When I had a leak in a corner of an addition on the house, he was willing to test with the water hose, getting completely soaked. During Hurricane Helene rehab, Gee installed a completely new roof with architectural shingles on the main house and roll roofing on the addition due to the flatness of the roof. He also brought in a plumber to check out some pipes that were on my original roof that caused some problems in the past 2 years. Oh, and his crew did the job in 2 days, working from sun up to past sun down both days. Gee handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company, so all I had to do was check my email for when the insurance company released the remaining withheld funds. I couldn't have asked for a better, easier experience.

I would highly recommend GS roofing considering their price point is fair for the quality of work and efficiency. GS roofing came to repair my roof in the morning and left before evening without cutting any corners. The job was more than well done and the after cleanup was also very well done. Working with Gee was a pleasure as he also provided me valuable insight and clarity prior to going into contract on the roof repair.
