Highly recommend coming here for computer related issues if you are located in the Aiken area. Had a hardware issue with my laptop and he warmly greeted me at the door and was extraordinarily helpful. Was very easy to talk to as I have very minimal knowledge on computers and did not want to sound like an idiot, and you have no need to worry about that here as he is great at listening and understanding your issue without sounding condescending. He explains the issue and any other tech related information in easy to digest terms that even the simplest of us humans could understand. Inside is tidy and clean, it is a laid back environment and there is not someone breathing down your neck pressuring you to buy/use their services. Is more than happy to give advice on other places to contact if needed and cares about his customers and his career. I was very pleasantly surprised about this place as I dreaded having to figure out my issue, but after this visit I have more confidence in computer repair/help places, especially this one. If I ever have any other issues/questions this will be my first choice.

Kevin did a phenomenal job at our law firm in Bamberg. He upgraded the hardware for our internet, installed multiple access points throughout the office for better wifi coverage, and also cleaned up old phone wires that had become obsolete and an eye sore. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs tech upgrading around their business.
