Grovetown Trails at Euchee Creek

Partially re-opened, only the loop around the pond and the loop adjacent to the parking lot. The long trail along the creek remains closed due to damages from hurricane Helene. It was a beautiful day for a walk around the pond.

Easy trail for beginners, people of all ages. Beautiful natural scenery! The pond/ quarry is gorgeous! Restroom facilities & picnic areas- benches for resting & just birdwatching. Now that it is summer, it’s even more beautiful! Watch for snakes! They lived there first! ( see my photo) I moved him off the trail with a long tree branch. Be careful & have fun!

Great place to run or walk. Not a flat trail with enough hills for you to get an excellent work out. It is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of benches along the trail and public restrooms at the parking area. It is dog friendly. All pets were on leashes and the people were super friendly.

Lovely trail, quiet place to walk, run, or exercise. Scenics views. Being one with nature..... calming. Nice place to clear one's head. There's a huge pond in the area. Seeing the reflection of the trees against the water is beautiful . There aren't any lights in the area (I think running electricity through here would disturb nature anyway), so if you're not a fan of pitch darkness, it would be best to walk through during daylight hours.
