I recently had work done on my truck through an insurance claim, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The shop handled all communication with my insurance company seamlessly, ensuring there were no delays in estimate approval or the process overall. Their communication was consistently clear and thorough. Even when unexpected issues arose, the team handled them with professionalism and efficiency. While the repair took longer than anticipated (I dropped off my truck on 1/24/25 and got it back on 3/8/25), I was kept well-informed throughout, with clear explanations for the delays. What really stood out was the owner’s attention to customer satisfaction. He covered a few extra rental days because the detailing of my vehicle took longer than expected. That extra effort wasn’t necessary, but it truly shows the commitment to excellence this shop maintains. I can confidently say I would recommend this shop 100%. The quality of the repairs is flawless, and the customer service is second to none.

If you are looking for a mechanic this shop is for real the best. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. This is an honest mechanic that will go the extra mile to make sure your car is in great shape when it leaves his shop. Kind individual who does not try to upsell you and is clearly extremely knowledgeable. I am leaving the area but I wish I could take the whole shop with me when I go! I would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone.

He went out of his way to help my family after their car broke down on a road trip. He fixed their car quickly and made sure everything was good to go before continuing the trip. He even checked on them the following day to make sure the car was still doing fine. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! I give Grovetown garage 10 out of 10 stars! We were 1200 miles from home when the alternator in our Buick Enclave caught on fire. Fortunately the fire went out quickly but we were on the side of the road, and we had no idea who to call. My son in law recommended Richard at Grovetown Garage. We gave him a call, explained our situation and even though it was quitting time he told us to have it towed to his shop and he would wait for us. He quickly diagnosed the parts that had failed. He replaced the mechanical parts and also replaced the wires that had been burned and damaged because of the fire. When I went to pick up our vehicle, he explained to me in detail what had happened to cause the mechanical failure and fire. He showed me all of the old parts and explained to me why they had to be replaced. We were back on the road within a day and a half and our car is running great! If I lived in the area, Richard would definitely be my go to mechanic. Quality work. Friendly and Professional. Very affordable.
