I had a fantastic experience with Groome Transportation! Their drivers are professional, courteous, and most importantly, safe. My family and I have been using Groome Transportation for several years. I am thankful for this service as it is convenient, affordable and dependable. The driver on the 3:00 a.m. trip from Augusta to Atlanta Airport on Friday, 04/17/25, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and considerate of our comfort. I recommend Groome Transportation to anyone in need of transportation to and from the airport.

I really wanna give it a 2.5 but - the drivers are ALWAYS nice I’m having issues with them stuffing all their vans while increasing the price! I get it it’s a 10 passenger van, that doesn’t mean you fill every seat! When you have 9 adults traveling in a 10 passenger (excluding the driver) it’s a VERY uncomfortable travel! And the last few times I’ve traveled with them that’s how it’s been! My round trip is $130 when 2 years ago it was approximately $100 and less ppl in the van. Inflation is real, so I’m not as bothered by the price - but do better!

Used this service, and had a nice quick ride to and from Atlanta for my flight. I have no complaints for my trip there or for my return trip to Augusta. Will definitely be using this service again, next time I travel.

The only recommendation I have is for the van to be cleaned. Outside of that, it was perfect. The driver was nice and professional, he left promptly at the departure time, he made only one stop for bathroom breaks and pick up and he got me to the airport on time. I have no complaints and will most likely use this service again.
