I recently had the pleasure of working with Greystone Construction to build my very first home, and I am very happy with the result. The home is beautiful, well-crafted, and sturdy. From start to finish the entire team was exceptional. They kept me informed at every stage of the building process, and the app they use made it easy to track progress in real time. Communicating with the team was always easy as everyone on the team was accessible and responsive to any questions I had. Again, I am very happy with how my home turned out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who delivers superb quality and provides a smooth, stress-free experience.

Stuart and his team at Greystone are top of the line. My wife and selected them after hearing great reviews from Friends who built with them in the past. Stuart's team is hands down the best. Their builder trend app allows you to follow the build along as it is being completed. From start to finish they have been great. I highly recommend Greystone Construction from building your dream home to one of their subdivisions they are building great craftsmanship and great people all around.

Greystone is by far the best around! They are responsive, professional, and do excellent work. Stuart is great to work with and Allison is truly a gem! They make a great team and an even better business. We are so proud that they built our forever home.

I contacted Greystone to sell my current home and build my new house September of 2021. I got my pre approval the same time to move forward with building a new home. (Important factor being I have to pull my credit and it is time sensitive) I was told numerous times they couldn’t find me any land in the area I wanted. Even though I would find some and send to their contact. I finally gave up trying to contact them and sold my house with my own realtor and found my own land and bought while living with residents. I reached out once again and they did not even remember working with me months prior. (Fast forward to April of 2022) We then went through picking a floor plan and deciding on loan options. It has been 8 weeks and each time I reach out I receive nothing. Something that is as important as a home for a family should have a bit of urgency and at the very least HONESTY AND COMMUNICATION. Especially I’m the market we are in honesty and transparency is so important. Other builders were honest and told us they were too busy (which is all I ask) I asked if they were too busy to please just let me know so I can move on to other options. They told me no no no they want to build my home they will contact me first thing Monday. NOTHING. I DO NOT recommend this builder to anyone.

After waiting 4 months for pricing for their new development... we finally signed a contract, then out of the blue, they decided to flip the floor plan. Unable to get any resolution. Communication is putrid.. Builder unwilling to meet or discuss concerns. Very unprofessional in handling of this contract for a 500k home.
