Have never had any issues coming and going out of Augusta. Terminal is usually pretty well maintained. This is also the cities's main bus terminal, so it seems multi use. Buses aren't usually on time half the time, but they get you to where you're going.

The facilities where you'll wait are subpar compared to local competitors like Groome Transportation despite roughly the same price; assuming you're trying to get to the airport. The bus was delayed but the staff were friendly. The plugs by the seat were not very strong, allowing my charger to fall out without constant or regular attention. Overall, it may have been my own fault for trying to get to the airport with the bus line instead of an airport shuttle, and I won't disagree with you. But I was still surprised at the lack of quality.

The buses are very timely. The bus drivers are polite and helpful. I had never been on a Greyhound, prior to this year. The first time I was expecting having a terrible experience, but after 4 separate trips, I feel confident and safe about riding on the Greyhound. Overall, the staff at the different stations, was cordial and friendly.

No information around stating that this is Greyhound. This is the Augusta Regional Transit Station. There is a window off to the side that is for Southeastern Stages. Nothing that says Greyhound or has a Greyhound logo. Kinda confusing if you haven't been there before. The window had a sign that said closed, but someone came out to tell us to wait for a bus to show up with the same logo which would take us to Atlanta for the actual Greyhound Station. The place was very dirty, smelled like urine, and had sketchy people hanging around everywhere. Many busses came and went and the guy sleeping in the corner never moved.

This is for ATLANTA!!!!! Never ever will I use Greyhound again! I'd rather die first! My first bus almost 3 hours late missed connecting bus in Atlanta had to sit in filthy terminal for 9 hours just to get a bus to Raleigh NC where I was supposed to have a connecting bus to Syracuse NY but no. Another bus does not leave for 16 hours and Greyhound just says ' oh well '. They close the Raleigh bus terminal at 11:30 pm until 4:00 and expect to sit outside side. A Sr. citizen with only 1 leg and it's Mother's Day. What was supposed to be a 40 hour trip has now become a 4 day nightmare on Greyhound. Do not travel by Greyhound! O stars. Filthy terminal in Atlanta! Filthy restrooms in Augusta GA! Unsafe and dangerous. Use Amtrak! Raleigh NC has the most courteous staff at their terminal with very clean restrooms!
