Barrett and William produced great customer service throughout our build. Our home has great quality workmanship and detail. We will definitely be using them in the future. Our home suffered major storm damage during hurricane Helene and they contacted us the next day offering to complete repairs. Within one week they began completing repairs so I can’t say enough on their customer service. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Choosing Greenhead Homes as your builder is like “having a designer label on your home.” My photo caption when our Greenhead Homes sign went up on our lot! We were warned that building was a nightmare process. Greenhead turned the nightmare into a dream come true! They made every step of the process so easy that we would do it with them again in a heartbeat. There is no one else that compares to the Greenhead A-Team: William, Barrett & Courtney. There is no one else we’d trust! How we chose Greenhead: I’d called several builders in the CSRA but ran into dead ends. We were in a unique situation in that we were living in a manufactured home that was already on our property. Frustrated, I began to explore other options because not a single builder I spoke with arranged to even look at our lot. It was my nephew who recommended Greenhead. He’d previously worked for a local cabinet company and was told by the owner, “if I were building a house, I’d go with Greenhead.” I gave them a call and Barrett was the first to answer. He asked some questions, I explained our situation. I was in disbelief when he asked me, “Will you be home in about an hour? I’ve got a stop I need to make but I can head your way after that and take a look at what you’ve got going on and we can talk more then.” As promised he showed up! One phone call and he was there immediately! We exchanged some information and the rest just fell into place. I knew the moment we met him that Greenhead was our team! Once all the formalities were out of the way we were able to get started. We moved in two houses down with my mother-in-law. We were within walking distance of our build site! In May the manufactured home was demolished and by mid June they were moving dirt! I’ll never forget the day Barrett called and said “are you ready? We built a home in 2018 with Greenhead. We had a great experience. They were accommodating to changes and questions throughout the entire process. They guided us where we needed it and allowed us to make decisions that were best for us. Any issues we hit were minor and were addressed thoroughly by William and Barrett. They did such a great job the first time that we came back for round two- we are currently about to start framing our new home with them on family property. When this dream of ours began to form, we didn’t even shop builders. Greenhead was at the top of our extremely short list (that list being one).

My husband and I built our forever dream home this passed year with Greenhead Homes. I cannot speak more highly of William And Barrett. I was impressed to see and have open communication with these guys several times a week. Some weeks daily with my husband. They were extremely attentive from day 1 to move in day and even beyond. With every build it is common to run into issues along the way but how those issues are handled and corrected speaks volumes. These guys were on their game and took care of every little detail regardless of how small (or how indecisive I was). Beyond the great customer service, they have a bonus of their own interior designer who helped me through the small details that made our home even more special . Courtney didn’t bat an eye when I shared my unique ideas. She made them happen and I am forever grateful for their team! I highly recommend choosing GreenHead to build your dream home! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! Beautiful home, but black mold came less than 18 months of home being built in both guest bathrooms, due to lack of ventilation. Cheap materials and substandard (required sq footage) ventilation fans. Barrett said they will not cover the damages. Now our second floor is sealed off and unlivable due to it being a health hazard (Deemed by new Contractor). I've given Barrett 3 opportunities to make this right. He sent out an A/C guy to look at the issues, but wanted to charge me to have it fixed.
