Great Clips

This place has been making up their own rules. I checked in online to where I am the only one, no other in the waitlist. As soon as I arrived at this salon, a man who WALKED IN, a few seconds before me was entertained by the hairstylist after she confirmed that I am the ONLY ONE in their online check-in list. She told me to wait. So what's the sense of checking in online and be on the list if a walk-in customer will bump you??? On 1 occasion in the same salon, I was also bumped after checking in online and was in the salon, waiting for over 25 minutes, it was busy then, when 2 customers who also checked online arrived. I was bumped because they checked in online ahead of me. So what's the explanation for today's walk-in customer bumping me and not even on the waitlist??? Ridiculous!!!

Alex is great! She listens and provides great service. She is professional, friendly and talented. I always get the cut I request.

Alex is awesome at cutting hair. I got a layered cut and a thin out from her. When I wanted my hair thinner she did not have a problem with that. I would recommend Alex to do your hair. 😀

The master cosmotologist used scissors that had difficulty penetrating my hair; one could hear the scissors cutting through my hair like posterboard paper; sometimes you could hear the scissors resist even wanting to cut though my hair. Using good scissors is a must in this field. She used thinning shears on my hair like a butcher knife through my hair. She not once checked for evenness of the lengths of each side of my hair. After getting home, I asked my daughter how my hair looked; she states "it's uneven". It's more than that; it looks terrible and embarrassing. I've never in all my years of hairscuts have gotten one this bad. And the master cosmotologist and a worker at Great Clips on Lewiston Rd., stated "it's going to look so good and I'm going to like it".

Very friendly staff and good haircuts! That's all it takes. Oh, the prices are reasonable, unlike some other places.
