Be prepared to be amazed at the variety and selection of plants. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their selection of Coleus is very impressive. I was happy to leave with a Goldstrum Rudbeckia, 2 Coleus, 1 Zinnia and 2 healthy looking Marigolds….all these for around $40.

It's a tough world out there, and I needed a break from it. I decided to immerse myself in this gorgeous, beautiful nursery. I took it slow; l strolled through the sea of color in the greenhouses, touched the smooth and textured leaves, and talked with the always friendly Pam. One plant insisted on going home with me, so I left smiling, relaxed, and a little more able to deal with the world.

Grass Roots is a short 20ish minute drive from Columbia county is always a fun trip to browse there great selection of plants. We always so we will go and just "browse" but always end up finding something new and taking a house plant home. They have one of if not the best greenhouses in the area. The outside area has really great ponds and custom mini streams which are wort checking out just on there own. The very staff is friendly and helpful with tons of knowledge of the plants. It is absolutely worth stopping in!

First time visit today. Grass Roots GC staff offered great customer services. I felt really good leaving with four plants at great prices, made me happy. I'm looking forward to going back. Staff were friendly and attentive, offered assistance easiy.

Great prices and selections. I love this place, they added new perks. Parrots, a serenity area and the largest plants I've ever seen.
