Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Drive-Thru

My wife and their service animal in training were told to leave because she didn't have a vest. ADA law does not require service animals to wear vest. GA law indicates service animals in training have the same access as fully trained service animals. After attempting to inform employees calmly about ADA and Georgia laws I was met with a team of supervisors and serious amount of attitude. The employees were nice and were just doing what they were told. The store manager was rude and treating me like an idiot, consistently saying "idk about that" "I'll have to ask" "we'll have to look it up." Denying a service animal public access without a probable cause is illegal.

Love going to goodwills and loved the things in this store, but the prices are over the top and they shouldn’t be. On a sad note every employee was on their phone laughing and strolling while on the job. At the register no one speaks to you, no one said have a good day or goodnight, thanks for coming in. Nothing just drink there smoothie and then decide to check you out on there time. With that being said this goodwill needs some customer service. If they didn’t have customers they wouldn’t have a job!!

My mom and I had the absolute worst experience with customer service. This lady named Jackie had the NASTIEST attitude. I couldn’t even believe it. Her alone will keep us far away from that location in the future, because I don’t have time. I don’t play about my momma.

This location has a very poor selection of items and the prices are too high. Won't be back. There were items in their original packaging with the price on it that Goodwill is marking up by two, three or four times more. Ridiculous! Ridiculous! Ridiculous!

Great place to go on a monday. Clothing is $1.25 for the color of the week tag. I love to go and just look for the color tags. Leave with bags of things.
