Gold Ivy Realty & Property Management

I have been in contact with Gold Ivy Realty for about 5 months now and I am very thankful for their services. My husband and I were looking to move into a house back in April/May. We came across one that we liked, toured it, but we did not get it due to some technical complications. I emailed Karen that if anything changes, please let us know. She responded very quickly and said that she would keep us up to date on anything. A few days later and she found us a rental where the tenants needed an early move out. We later moved in and have been living there since June. Karen was an amazing help then and has been an awesome landlord. She is very respectful of tenants and always responds to emails/messages promptly. I highly recommend gold ivy and Karen! Anyone I know that is looking for a rental, this is the first company I recommend.

Would like to start by saying I would 100% recommend Gold Ivy realty contacted them on a Monday morning among with a few other companies around the area and got a call the same day and had all of out info filled out and checked and moved in before the weekend. The other companies did not get back to me till Wednesday. Karen Clayton was on point with everything and got the ball rolling and was very helpful with any and all questions we had about the rental with great service and fast response times which made my life much easier.

My husband and I with our two children were looking to rent a house, we contacted various realtor agencies and viewed numerous of houses. In some of the houses we viewed, we saw that the pictures on the websites were not up to date and some of the houses were in worse conditions. However, In our search we saw Karen Clayton with Gold Ivy Realty, her professionalism and response towards our needs was outstanding. Quick response to questions, readily to close the deal for us so we could move in as soon as possible, we closed the deal in two days and moved inside the house. Miracle worker! Karen Clayton is one of the most amazing people. She is a Boss in every sense of the word. - Plus, she is professional and caring. - When my family first moved to Aiken, we rented through Gold Ivy. When it came time to buy a home, (even though, it was for sale by owner) I called Karen, because I knew I could trust her to make the transaction go smoothly. (& she definitely did!) Don't hesitate to call Gold Ivy. You will be glad you did. You will find great, trustworthy people who treat you like family.
