Best Supply House in Town!

First time stopping at the location, I will not return or recommend. I read the previous reviews saying they are friendly and helpful I don’t know what happened. Maybe they were having a bad day today. Just know, If you don’t know what exactly you’re looking for don’t go there. Not very helpful. The first guy that help me was nice, the other two seemed irritated with me within the first two minutes, I felt rushed to buy what I had “even if it didn’t work” and get out the store. Both guys kept repeating: “I’m not an electrician so I don’t know”. I was asking them for their professional advice on the products they sell incase the have a similar product that works better for the project. They were not trying to hear it, I even told them this was a volunteer work to hang lighting at a new church downtown. Workers at Lowe’s have more knowledge than these two. ******UPDATE******: I received a call from Gexpro branch manager and he apologized for my experience at his store. He wanted to find a way to make up for my not so welcoming experience. All though I am not looking for anything other than management addressing this issue to avoid any further amature customer to feel the way I did. I appreciate him taken the time to reach out to a supporter of local business in our community like myself. If the employees are able to recognize customers like myself who don't know much about electrical supply and give them the attention they might need, they will win a lot of business over other supply store around town. We all make mistake, nobody is perfect. Like I said in my original review maybe that individual was having a bad day. If you are reading this review please give Gexpro an opportunity of serving you in the future like I will once again, thanks to Gexpro's management that cares about the business and his community.

Be wary. Gexpro tried charging me 50% more for 4/0-4/0-2/0 wire than EVERYONE else in town. I checked. They wanted almost $500 for 50ft, I went to city electric supply a mile away and it was like $275. (Which was same as Lowe's/home Depot and everyone else.).
