Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art

Wonderful museum in town that hosts all sorts of art events and auctions. We've always had a great time contributing artwork for the different events and charity things. The people here are also really nice, and they often host events throughout the years for children and other groups of people. Please check them out

A little spartan on the artwork when we were there but nonetheless very interesting. The building has federalist details that are original. If you are in Augusta you must have a look.

Great ceramics studio! I've taken the independent study ceramics course for a few sessions now. The studio has tons of tools, wheels, glazes, and other equipment, and the staff is incredibly helpful, and the classes are well-priced. This is a great place to unwind and get creative!
