I have been going to Gerideau‘s Massage and Body Works for the past six years. My first visit was to see if John, could help with the pain in my neck from a whiplash in my younger years. I am now 77. It took several visits, but John, was able to loosen my neck to where when I turn my head my chin could touch my shoulder. I have not been able to do this for a number of years. He has also helped my flexibility. My muscles and joints move much better and this is made a big difference in allowing me to live life with little to no pain. I cannot recommend John enough. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and the how to make it move better. He is very professional and a delight to work with.

John is great at what he does. It’s not your typical massage, it’s bodywork. You will feel better even after one session. I recommend all my patients to him. He’s knowledgeable, professional and has a funny laugh and nice sense of humor.
