Gerber Collision & Glass

Would give a 0 if I could. Took my car here after someone hit me. I got my car back and had damage still on it. They ruined my interior trying to clean it. Took it back to get it fixed and they ended up damaging more than what was originally damaged. Save yourself the trouble. They are expecting you not to look at the repairs. Just a few pictures , but there are tons more.

I recently had my car repaired at this collision center, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They repaired my car quickly and provided outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto repairs!

This waa the 2nd time I've needed these guys. Can't believe I didn't give a review the first time. Amazing customer service! Last time, had a minor problem after and it was fixed immediately. This time took longer than expected. I ran out of rental coverage. They covered the rental for the extra 2 days of work and a weekend that happened during that time. THAT is amazing customer service! You just don't get that any more. As for the work done. You can't tell my car was ever hit! Hopefully, I will never need them again, but if I do, Gerber is my first call!

3 Stars for an Average Review because I didn’t get to use this shop for repairs. Great Communication and Awesome Customer Service. They waived a towing service for me which was nice. They had my car sitting for too long before I was notified that they could transfer it to another one of their locations. I wasn’t satisfied with the long wait time, and they didn’t even do a full estimate on my vehicle, which could have saved me a lot of waiting time because I found out from the second shop that my vehicle was a total loss when the estimate at this location was showing that they could potentially fix my vehicle.

Absolutely LOVED their service! They fixed my car faster than the estimated amount. They fixed my car better than any other collision service I have ever experienced! They even made my car look brand new and shiny again! My car even drives better!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
