We had a wonderful experience with Gerber! Nicole and Jonathan did a wonderful job working with me and the insurance company to do repair work on my vehicle. They communicated every step of the way, and made sure my car looked perfect. I would highly recommend them!

Gerber provided consistent updates and my car was finished on time. However, when I picked up my car someone had changed my entire display settings. After 30 minutes of sitting in my car trying to get them back to the way they used to be I called Gerber and was transferred to the adjustor, Jonathan, who asked if I had looked through the car manual. I asked him who gave them the right to change my entire dash. Now, I am spending my time trying to return my car to the condition it was when I dropped it off (body repair excluded).

I am very satisfied with the work on my windshield. They had it all fixed far sooner than expected ...within a week ! They cleaned my car up real nice as well . Also , they are professional but also friendly. I do recommend this place for all the reasons I stated . Thank you Gerber for treating me and my car respectfully. From Donna Rossi

My vehicle was brought after a wreck and parts were repaired. After receiving the vehicle back I noticed additional problems such as the steering wheel was not straight, new sounds and vibrations when driving, and veering left and right when driving at higher speeds. I brought my vehicle back to Gerber. After a short time I was told my vehicle wheel was rebalanced and a manager drove the vehicle who didn’t notice any issues. Once I received my vehicle back the steering wheel was not straight and all other issues were still present. I was told to take it to a mechanic who diagnosed an additional $1500 worth of repairs needed with two damaged parts and an additional alignment needed. Everyone at Gerber was very friendly and communicative, but they did not fully fix my vehicle and I am going through the headache of dealing with insurance claims approval again and another mechanic shop. If you take your vehicle to Gerber hope they fix everything the first time, because if problems still exist after picking up your vehicle they won’t help you at all. Body work was done very well so I would recommend Gerber for that, but very disappointed with the mechanical side of my vehicle repair.

This is the worst body shop I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend my worst enemy to even go here. They are not knowledgeable about the cars that they are repairing. It took them a month to fix my car, they are real sketchy with telling you information, I had to return my car for a week because they repaired it improperly and they damaged my car while it was in the shop. This is the worst business I’ve ever had to do business with. And they thought they had me fooled I know the difference between paint and a sharpie marker!!! Not the mention the filth that was left in my car. I am not pleased nor satisfied. I will be taking my car to another shop to redo this mess they “fixed”.
