Georgia's Own Credit Union

Hccu was the best. Some of the employees are great at Ga's Own especially the ones who stayed on after the switch. As far as the corporate offices, collateral dept. ,and the loan department good luck with them. The communication skills are NOT GOOD. Id recommend finding a more localized branch like Hccu used to be.

Today my husband goes to the atm in the branch parking to deposit our money. The atm took the money and then gave a receipt saying the transaction was canceled and didn't give cash back. Says call customer service. We did just that now have to wait 24 hrs. With tomorrow being a holiday even longer! I pray they resolve this without conflict! This is a very big inconvenience and stressful! Ive about had it with Ga Own All together.

Never thought I'd be writing this, but Georgia's Own Credit Union has royally screwed up my account's availability for no reason. About half the time I use the card anywhere in person, it gets denied. Not to mention only like 1/10 of my transactions online ever work. I've had it work flawlessly once when it comes to doing any online transaction. Every other instance though has required me to find an alternative way to pay or deal with their customer service, which I did once, and it took me hours. HCCU(my previous credit union) was so much better than whatever this company is.

Gone down hill after turning to GA Own. Hccu was so much better. Fees to transfer your own funds, plus a number of other ridiculous things! Do better!

Hate this credit union. Loved HCCU. The place always looks deserted no matter what time of day. That relic of an ATM machine needs to be trashed. If the sun is out you can forget about reading any of the prompts. Lord help you if your PIN is wrong. It will wait until you have gone through all the screens, taken your deposit, even prints out a deposit slip, THEN tells you the PIN is incorrect. Soon as I pay off my car loan I will move my $$ someplace else.
