Georgia State Floral Distributors

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Georgia State for more than 20 years. They have an extensive product selection, and their staff is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've always been an advocate of hand selecting product, and I'm so thankful to have them as a local resource.

Georgia State Floral exclusively provided the flowers for my wedding. All the arrangements were beautiful and the flowers in my bridal bouquet lasted for several days after the event. While it is necessary to have a business license to shop there, your florist or planner should be able to purchase through them. Everyone there was very helpful and pleasant to work with. If I ever need arrangements for special occasions, I try to ensure that I purchase them through a local florist who shops at Georgia State Floral.

My experience from shopping at Ga State was awesome. Flowers are always fresh and the staff is very nice. My sales Rep Trevor, is very helpful and with me being a new flower shop owner, he takes the time out to answer any questions that I may have. I was treated very rudely and asked to leave when all I did was ask for an application to become a business customer. I understand that Georgia State Floral only serves the floral trade and not retail consumers, but to be treated like a criminal when only researching the company to gauge business fit was offensive and insulting. My attempt to explain my goals was met with "we can't give you any pricing", when in fact, I did not and had no plans to inquire about pricing until a proper business application had been completed. For comparison, I currently use Kennicott Brothers in Chicago to support my business, and the difference in customer service is night and day. Kennicott is helpful, answers questions and is always looking for ways to improve and enhance our business relationship. In hindsight, I'm fortunate that George State Floral rebuffed my attempts to work with them. I have no desire to do business with a company that doesn't value potential new customers. I advise others to proceed with caution. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with in my experience.
