Gsic has Wow’d us and my daughter ! As we had a horrible pre k experience at another school near by . My daughter was apprehensive to go into kindergarten. As a new mom and it being such a pivotal time in our lives . W felt it was so important to have our daughter attend this school . The Kindergarten team and admin has been absolutely wonderful. No school is perfect, this one is closer to it though . I like that they don’t send home loads of homework for kindergarteners and they don’t have to carry around a laptop and have zero learn form home days ! My daughter went into kindergarten identifying numbers 1-10 and all letter . she can now count to 100 and identify 1-20 , read a clock , read small sentences, write simple sentences, & Add & subtract. It’s truly amazing what they are doing here . My daughter loves it so much she is excited to go to school everyday. so if you are considering GSIC you definitely have found the right school ! Thanks GSIC !

This is my first year here as a parents of students attending GSIC. My kids have had the worst school year. And have not liked this school at all. My oldest kid deals with being bullied and picked on. She has came home telling me that during bathroom breaks, there is kids threatening to hit her! She has never gone through this before at any other school. And she is begging me to take her to another school next year. This is the only option we have for a "good" school. And I've been doing my best to push through and see if things may change. I have heard a teacher speak rudely to a 1st grader, while watching my kids do the graduation walk. The teacher was holding pompoms, and a little girl asked her where she got her pompoms, and the teacher responded back with "mind your business".... I was shocked to hear her respond that way to a little girl who doesn't know how to even comprehend why she would say that. The child's teacher did speak up to the other teacher telling her that was a little to rude and the lady apologized to the child. I tried to call the front office with my concerns and problems, asked to speak with someone in charge! She asked me what kind of concerns, I replied saying different things. She said well I need to know who to connect you with, high school middle school... I said elementary school. She said what is regarding, I said problems I have with the school. She mocked me. "Problems you have with the school....hmm OK I'll connect you to the superintendent." I waited for 5 min and got no answer. Now I'm leaving my review. They also do not allow you to attend school activities such as field day.. highly disappointed in that!

Every school has flaws. No school is perfect. The administration here at this school come off as judgemental and rude. Had a few instances where I felt like my concerns were a joke to them. They feel like they over power parents, and want to respond to other people reviews on Google stating basically that if you don't like their school, to move along to the next. Because they have a waiting list of other children! That gives them power to act and do as they want. Like, taking opportunities from parents who want to be involved in on their children's school activities, such as FIELD DAY! I was told I was not allowed to come to support my children for field day, and it upset my kids because I've always been there at the field days every year. Till we switch to this school. Also, you'll be lucky to be invited to go on the field trips your kids go on.

My son has been attending here since Kindergarten and is currently in the 3rd grade. If you are looking for a school that teaches and believes in core values, then GSIC is the school for you! The staff here is absolutely amazing, and I was SO blessed to be able to get my son in this school!

My daughter started her in September. I love this school. They are transparent about everything and my child loves her teachers. The good news club is amazing! I want my daughter to attend this school until she graduates( she's in kindergarten)
