I started my rental for my unit about a month ago and I actually thought I posted my review but unfortunately, I didn’t. I wanted to commend Melinda on her outstanding customer service. I was having a rough day and her bubbly, welcoming personality and energetic spirit immediately recharged my mind! She was knowledgeable and answered all my concerns which made my experience a memorable one. I’m truly thankful I had the pleasure of talking to her on that day.

I want to give high respect to and a huge thank you to Melinda. The owner could not ask for a better person at his location. She's bubbly kind caring and really good at her job. Thank you girl

5 STARS for Excellent Service! The office staff at Gate 5 are very friendly and flexible and will even help a customer after hours if possible. Very happy with my service and safe storage at Gate 5. I have rented a unit from Gate 5 multiple times when on work assignment in Augusta and will continue to rent again from Gate 5 in the future!

The staff (Melinda) was very pleasant and helpful. The storage unit is clean, in good shape, and in a good price range. It's easy to drive into and the app makes entrance convenient, yet secure

As everyone has stated the front desk clerk Melinda was amazing and she helped me out when I was locked out of the gate for no reasons account was caught up and still couldn't gain access to my unit. Received a text later that day saying my code should work. Went back a couple of days later after business hours (7/8) and still had the same issue couldn't access my unit. Called customer service they where friendly but I had to wait a hour or more to hear back from management on why I still didn't have access. I did regain access but for me being inconvenience twice I asked for a discount and the manager thought it was a whole joke. He said he only could give me a $4.35 discount. Long story short Melinda you may be the reason they are still in business because the owners/manager do not value or appreciate their customers.
