Gardens at Harvest Point

These people are still trying to charge me with some bs violations when the only reason I left is because they wouldn't renew my lease. They can kiss off!!! You'll never get not one red cent out of me it's not enough to just pay rent(on time I should add)they want you to stay confined in your apartment if your having fun outside talking to your friends & neighbors they call that loitering. They went up on the rent every year for the five years I stayed there. My last year they accused me of having children running around playing in the parking area and I have no biological children and my two step children were both grown and in college at the time. These people are very unprofessional taking out personal grudges against people just for trying to enjoy the outdoors. Really unless you're like a hermit that enjoys staying indoors or on the balcony being anti social. I'd recommend staying as far away from this place as possible because they're full of it. If could give them 0 stars I would. These people have no respect or compassion for others just trying love house and support their families. They're too concerned with what others say and think as to what actually happened or what's really happening and what's really going on. They make up a bunch BS lies about violations just to force you out if they don't like you for what ever the reason. Especially the office personal do not trust them at all because after all in reality what ever goes on that's the ones telling lies on you to the corporate office when them and their family they have staying there are doing just as much wrong if not more.

Place is amazing, Krystal made my whole process so smooth and easy before you knew it I had a move in date! Thank you again!

I have been living here for years. I absolutely love my two bedroom two bath apartment. Just like everywhere else nothing or no one is perfect, but overall this is a good place to call your home! The staff, front office, and maintenance are very respectable and understanding about your well-being!!! Although everyone in the office is awesome Ms. Krystal is my go-to. I know I may sometimes get on her nerves 😂 but she never shows it 🤗

Management moves in there family and friends Also the grounds are terrible compared to most places. When you have problem management don’t responded to you at all. This place sucks

I moved in 3 years ago and would’ve given a 1 star review back when I moved in. In the last year it seems things are really turning around and they’re cleaning out the bad tenants and making necessary changes to make this a nice community to live in. Krystal in the office is very helpful and takes the concerns of the tenants very serious when brought to her attention. This is a really nice apartment complex and with the proper upkeep from the tenants and staff I think we can keep it this way. The pool and fitness center is finally reopening soon and I’m excited about that.
