I had a wonderful experience at GameStop (Evans, Ga) thanks to Darrion. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about which Pokemon ETB to purchase as a gift, and he took the time to explain different sets including the latest releases and future releases. What impressed me the most was his genuine enthusiasm for Gamestop products and his ability to connect with customers. He made me feel valued and ensured I walked away with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this store, and I hope Darrion gets the recognition he deserves for his hard work!

As a retail manager that works 7 days a week this time of year I realize how tough it is however I also know how tough it is to shop when you work everyday. I entered this store at 7:58 because I was picking up pizza for dinner and needed to buy a game for my son for Christmas. As soon as I walked in a was told they were closed but it was 2 til8. I asked quickly if there was a new Spider-Man game for the ps5 and he said yes it’s Spider-Man 2 and they do have it but they are closed as he walked me to the door and said I’d have to come back to get it then locked the door and dropped the gates behind me. Crazy.

Convenient Location, knowledgeable employees.

Not a single knock against the employees or the service or the inventory available at this store, as all of those areas are where this location excels so much better on a consistent basis than most of the other locations! I rated it a one star for the simple reason that this location that’s in the heart of Columbia County closes at 7pm, while the rest close at 9pm. And what makes it even more frustrating is that the hours posted at all the different online search engines, map apps, yelp, etc. are simply not consistent. One app says 9pm, another says 8pm, and you get the point. And to top that off, there aren’t even hours posted on the exterior of the store!!! my point is that something so basic, like posted operating hours, is part of business basics 101…. I put the one star to get somebody’s attention at a district or corporate level so they can get this fixed!

I’m going to start off by saying this probably wasn’t their fault,just bad luck on my end,I bought a PlayStation 3 slim refurbished from this store not a couple days ago and I get home and set everything up and it turns out the blu-Ray disk drive is broken and it can’t read disks ,so I have to order a new disk drive for the PlayStation that was supposed to be in working condition according to GameStop’s policies and I hate to say it but this is the only game store around this area but if there was another one I’d go there in a heartbeat.
