You don't have any option than to grind through the dungeon. Everything is gamified now.

We took our son there as he wanted to spend his birthday money. He purchased a game that had some issues. So we brought the game back to the store. The manager Chris was amazing he refunded the purchase and took care of everything. Which was especially nice since it was my son's birthday gift. That's how you run a store!

DONT SHOP HERE! I ordered & paid for the PlayStation portal. Went to pick up and was notified that they cancelled my order and sold it to another customer. Super disappointed as it’s Christmas Eve and had to drive 2 hours to another GameStop to get my new order. I contacted corporate on this location because I know for a fact that my order that has already been paid for was more than likely backdoored. Y’all are disgusting taking advantage of people the day before Christmas. And after speaking with corporate they are meant to hold it for 7 days after time of purchase before cancellation and new sale. Will never shop here when we travel back to the area. The employee who cancelled my order needs serious consequences. 0 stars if it would let me. Shout out to Anderson, SC for actually holding my order and not selling it to an employee/ customer.

Chris was super helpful and very professional, he was fast, knowledgeable, and able to find me exactly what I was looking for. All while helping two other customers AND one on the phone! What a great job!
