I’m not sure where the disconnect is here because I see good reviews. I booked a “move-out” cleaning for $350 on thumbtack and absolutely no services were provided. I believe the “team” thought since it was move-out that no one would check behind, but we were the people actually moving in. I spoke with Shanae over the phone and all seemed well. She said her “team” would do the job. When we arrived on site afterward it was very clear nothing had been cleaned. There was roach feces on the countertops, hair dirt and grime in bathrooms, refrigerator had food bits and stains all over, none of the services listed in the agreement were provided.

I hired Shanae Gamble several months ago. I found her on Thumbtack and put in the information about my house, with one bedroom and 2 baths that I wanted cleaned. I wanted a standard clean and her estimate was $95. I felt that was a good price. She cleaned monthly and did extremely well the first 2 months. She was at my home last week and after she left I noticed that things were not shining. She had ruined my antique Secretary desk. It appeared to me that she used a bathroom cleaner on it instead of furniture polish. She was told to use only water on my floors..not the kitchen floors. She put chlorox in the water and it left a residue all over my floors. I also went around the house and noticed that she dusted SOME of my furniture, but not the things that were on top of my furniture. She dusted 10% of my house. I called her and told her my house had not been dusted. She said that she does not dust things on top of furniture because the price that I pay is on the lower end and that does not include dusting. Standard cleaning does not mean you don't dust. I fired her.

I have never been more impressed with a house cleaning service. Everything about the business is so professional, and Shanae is delightfully personal. I will recommend her any chance I get.
