FX Performance Center

I went to an appointment for pain management and found out about the performance center that is medically overseen with tailored exercise programs to help you regain mobility, strength and overall well-being. Typical gyms usually end up making me feel worse because of my medical issues but at FX Performance, I have been able to feel like me again. Thank you Susan for being so incredible and helping me. I also love the fun group sessions with people who root for you & are looking to live better. I am SO much happier since choosing FX Performance Center.

I went for my third appointment the other day, services were performed by Susan Cunningham/Tricia Kelley, and were great! After falling about a month ago and hurting my back, it’s helped. It’s definitely improved my flexibility in ways of stretching and knowing the best way to do things and not be in so much pain. I plan on continuing to go back.

I had an amazing stretch session with Susan today, and I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve been dealing with lower back pain and tight hip flexors, and she knew exactly how to target those problem areas. She took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling so much looser and with noticeably less pain. I’ll definitely be coming back—this was exactly what my body needed!

Went for my first stretch the other day, services performed by Susan Cunningham/Tricia Kelley and they were amazing! I'm pretty flexible, but these stretches are stretches that you definitely need performed by someone trained. They knew exactly the areas that needing loosening and the perfect positions to make that happen! I walked out feeling light as a feather! I loved it so much I have already booked my next appointment!

Susan has been working with me about a month. She is very knowledgeable with knowing how to treat my pain. With my personal situation, it is a process; however I most definitely am seeing results and look forward to every visit. Highly recommend Susan!!
