It seems like all the food is good here!! We got the elote brisket bowl and the brussel bowl with purple rice! I added the crema and a side of corn and it was so delicious!! I really appreciate the vegetarian option. Not only the flavors were great, but the mouthfeel of the dish was perfect, which is something you really notice when you’re a vegetarian/vegan 😅 looking forward to catching them again sometime in the near future!!

I just moved here after living an hour from Mexico, I have to say the beef tacos I had here were the BEST I've ever had in my life. Immediately after taking my first bite and before even chewing my mouth exploded with flavor and next thing I knew I was shoving it in my husband's face because he's a foodie and I needed him to experience it too. He really enjoyed his elote bowl as well. We're so happy to have found some good Mexican food in the south. I really can't believe the best taco of my life was in Georgia. The staff was also really nice. Can't wait to eat here again!

ALLERGY FRIENDLY AND DELICIOUS. Wow these guys are really amazing. As someone who has hyper sensitive celiac disease, it means so much to me that these two are so incredibly knowledgeable about their ingredients and how easily they accommodated my allergy. The second I told them I was gluten free, they took it very seriously and gave me a way to modify anything that contained gluten (honestly most of their stuff is gluten free anyway, so it wasn’t a long list). I’ve been eating at this food truck for years now and every time I see them, they remember my allergy, double check with me so I know they know, and do it in a way that feels seamless. It can be embarrassing to be the person asking for an accommodation, but these guys make it as smooth as talking about the weather. Recently, they were the vendor for a staff appreciation lunch a partner threw for the non profit Hub I work for…which is what’s prompted me to leave this review. They have such gracious and kind hearts, and were so accommodating to all of our staff with their differing needs. We have a number of people who have health conditions that prevent them from having certain ingredients (like myself) and they rolled with the punches so easily. Everyone walked away full & happy… we’re all still talking about how amazing the food and service was. I can’t wait to have them back for future events.

Fuse Mobile was at Forest Hills Apartments when I was out meeting friend. They generously made me the Elote Bowl (even though they were shutting down) and it was AMAZING! I don’t have a picture because I ate it too fast. 5-star, highly recommend ESP if you’re a brisket fan, sheesh that stuff was good!

AMAZING! I got the brisket sandwich and a coke after a night out and didn’t even have time to eat it until I got home. I was worried with the time I waited that it may not be as good but i was SO wrong! The brisket was tender, well seasoned and the pimento cheese was absolutely KILLER adding to the flavor. It came with fries and a side of ketchup. The meal itself was perfectly portioned and filled me up! Don’t sleep on the Fuse truck and make sure you follow them on Instagram to see where they head to next and what’s on the menu! My new favorite late night snack!
