Frog Hollow Tavern

I absolutely love this restaurant. It was the very first restaurant I ate at when I moved to Augusta a year and a half ago. Since then I've eaten there a handful of times and its always been consistent and never disappoints. Delicious food, great atmosphere and wonderful service.

What a great surprise. More than a tavern, FHT is a delightful outing for any occasion. We had great service from Ben, attending to every detail. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Goat Cheese Cheesecake is the best cheesecake in the CSRA. Order this immediately: chocolate mousse cake + bacon and salted caramel Ice cream. My husband and I had dessert here and it was incredible. So good we didn’t wait to take the “perfect” photo. But it was the perfect dessert. Goat cheese cheesecake with blueberry compote is the best cheesecake in the CSRA. Without rival. But the real gem came from the bartender suggestion. Do this, and you will be thrilled with how good this tastes. Order the chocolate mousse cake with a side of bacon and scoop of salted caramel ice cream. Have it all together and it’s the perfect sweet & savory dessert combo.

We were able to get in with a short notice reservation. Loved the fried zucchini appetizer. The cheese ravioli was delicious. And the macaroni and cheese is fabulous!! They boast of farm to table menu and it's worth it.

Took my husband there for his birthday. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Menu items of the day was explained and each person who served us acknowledged my hubby's birthday This restaurant is upscale and prices reflect that. But it's worth every penny. We ate House smoke andouille sausage for appetizer Braised Berkshire Pork Shoulder And And pork chop on a corn bread salad (Can't remember the name) Everything was absolutely delicious Highly recommend for a pleasant dining experience.
