Wow. This guy. My dad passed away last October, but I live in a different state and wasn't able to be around to handle the selling process. Fritz went above and beyond. I contacted a bunch of realtors, and he was the first one to get back to me. I want to say he called me within the hour. The house was in bad shape, and he took care of hiring a cleaner, contractors to fix the roof and stairs and several other issues. He sold or donated everything in the house, and there was a lot of stuff. He was kind, communicative, and supportive through the entire process, in a terrible time in my life.
