Frame It Now

They framed a HUGE treasure of ours. He made sure it was done the best way, to not only look amazing but also protect the 100+ year old piece. Box stores could not handle this custom job. After seeing the quality and care to preserve and display this gorgeous flag, I will only frame with Frame It Now.

I ordered something online and it came in broken. The business offered to reimburse me to get it fixed locally. Frame it now fixed it quickly and at a minimal cost. When I remarked at how little it cost. The owner stated as a small business I like to take care of other small businesses. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!

I picked this piece up from Frame it Now and was very impressed with the work that the staff does and their customer service. I can't say enough how awesome the attention to detail is on the work I see in the store and the pieces I get done by them. I'm ready for my next one to be completed. Thanks Rick and Becky !!

An absolutely AMAZING store to work with! I recently purchased an older (1999) print from the owner, Becky, over the phone/by-mail. Becky could not have been more helpful & friendly if she tried--she was awesome to work with, quoted me a fair price for the print, and did an eye-watering job safely packaging the item up safely & securely for UPS shipping. Highly recommend Becky & her Frame-it-Now Team as it is a top notch business to work with! :)

The owner of the store greeted my husband and I as we walked in. My husband needed a nice frame for a medium sized wall picture that he brought back from Haiti on a mission trip. The owner kindly showed us what "he" thought looked better. We are very peaceful people and told the owner that we are going to think on it because I actually saw one in there that I thought was better based on the color of the wall in our den. My husband was looking at a different one from mine, which is why we needed to decide without making a hasty decision on the spot. When my husband said to the owner " We are going to think this over and get back to you." His whole demeanor changed and his tone was borderline HOSTILE because we wanted to make a decision after going back to our home and look at the wall again. He told us that we would have had to pay upfront if we wanted to purchase and have the frame matted. He NEVER said this when we initially walked into the store. He was CLEARLY UPSET that we did not make a purchase on the spot and his NASTY TONE has caused me to change my mind regarding the frame that I thought looked better. I have NEVER written a BAD review on a business, but this is my first. My advice to the owner... stay professional at all times and DO NOT ASSUME because someone tells you that they will get back to you, DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY WON'T...Also, don't ASSUME that people who don't look like you when patronizing your business, can't afford your prices. I actually thought the prices were reasonable. My husband and I had different views on how we remembered our den wall, which is why we needed to get back to you. After the visit today, WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE.
