Had a consultation with Alexa regarding family law and decided not to retain her. I had faith in her from a previous conversation with her but when I paid my fee to consult, it lasted 44 mins all for her to tell me it wasn't looking good for me. Her paralegal is not the most professional either. I called this office about 20x to speak with Mr. Frails and never received a call back from him after leaving extensive voicemails. I had high hopes for this place despite paying $300 for a 44minute consultation which has been the highest fee I've paid at any attorney in the last 2 years doing consultations. The paralegal asked me, "okay I can take your retention fee now (7500) I told her no thanks I need to pray and think about it. They all knew I had cash in hand. She originally told me 5k but upped to 7.5k because it's in Savannah and she said it as if I couldn't pay either and I told her...that's in my budget, I have that. Nothing sat right on my spirit after talking w the receptionist, paralegal and then Alexa. I wish them all well and God speed I wish they had faith in me and I in them but not everything is meant to be. Maybe now, I can get Mr. Frails attention and he can call me back after seeing this review.

They are very helpful to the community. So knows the feeling of there customers. They are the best attorney firm in the CSRA.

I have a winnable case with a local hospital. And was told because it's probably not a six figure case this firm wasn't interested. I paid $250 for nothing. My case is on video at the hospital. Just a waste of my time and money.
