Fox Appliance Parts

Did a dumb thing and needed to replace a part I broke. Fox had it in stock, priced high but similar to other prices I had seen for the OEM part. They were very fast and courteous when I came by to pick it up. Will be my first stop for future appliance part purchases.

I needed to replace the baking element in my oven. They had the part and double checked that the part number I had was correct Price was good but the customer service was outstanding! Thank you all for your help! Oven is up and working!

Brought a heater coil and light, neither worked. So when I tried to return it, was told by some guy, and not the one who helped me. No refund, period. I wish I had seen it prior to seeing if the part works. So I just wasted my money. Never again, and he wasn't even nice. I don't recommend spending your hard earn money here. The parts probably didn't work from the beginning. They suck and can kick rocks, find somewhere else, or order online. Period..... Miss Davis appliance

I visited Fox Appliance on 10/2 to get a replacement AC capacitor. The staff were VERY patient and helpful with me. They were willing to answer every question I had. They're going to be my go-to hardware store from now on.
