I called Floyd and Green after a bad experience with a jeweler more local to me in Lexington. I had taken my ring into the previous place asking to have my ring repaired due to a chipped diamond. The previous place tried to tell me the diamond wasn’t chipped and it was just dirty and gave me my ring back in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Frustrated, I called Floyd and Green because that was where my ring was appraised. They were so nice and Alyssa in particular was so helpful. Because I live a good hour away she told me to send her pictures first to look at so I didn’t have to drive all the way out. A few days later I dropped my ring off where Alyssa confirmed my diamond was in fact chipped. I dropped it off on a Sunday and the following Wednesday I got a text saying it was ready! I picked it up yesterday and you can’t even tell anything was ever wrong with my ring, it looks good as new! Even though it’s an hour drive I will ONLY be going to Floyd and Green from now on for any of my jewelry needs. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Great customer service.

I've shopped at Floyd & Green multiple times over the last nine years. Our experience started with my beautiful wife's engagement ring. We've purchased various jewelry since then, always pleased with the transactions. Today I stopped in to select an anniversary present (8th). I had an appointment with Nikki, and she helped me find a perfect diamond necklace. Thanks Nikki! I've always found them to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

First time coming in! I had a great experience!!! Niki helped me out and found the ring I was looking for, for my husband of 5 years. It was fate to walk in, they have the size, mm, and type of gold and I got a promotional price because it was Mother Day! What a fantastic experience!!

Lucky for me, a while back I decided to take a 2 and a half hour drive to visit Floyd & Green with the intention of buying my first Rolex. I met Erica and she patiently walked me through all the options and let me try on several pieces. She made the process fun and relaxing. This past weekend I was fortunate enough to pick up this stunning Sea Dweller. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had buying jewelry. Great selection of all types of jewelry and I will be back to purchase from them in the future. If you’re in the market for something special, take the time to visit here, you won’t regret it.

Had the absolute please of being served by Brandy on two different occasions. While I wasn’t initially in the search of a Rolex, (I was more interested in their Tudor selection) I left some Rolex choices. In our initial talk, I mentioned I saw that Tudor was supposed to come out with a pink dial chrono, Brandy told me that that particular unit would be next to impossible to come by. Well about 2 months later I get a call and a text that the pink Tudor was in and I would get first crack at it!! I was so excited, my only problem was she called me at 3-3:30 and we are separated by a 2 hour and 20 minute drive. Not a problem, she would hold it for me with no initial deposit because she knew I was serious. Fast forward to today, I have a beautiful, different watch not owned by every Tudor owner. I just want to thank Brandy and the owner of Floyd and Green (Tom) for the fantastic customer service I received today. Now let’s finish my watch collection with that Rolex we spoke about? Thanks once again to Brandy and the entire team at that beautiful store.
