Five Guys

I placed an order at the counter and paid at 8:45 pm (time on receipt). There was one family of 4 that placed an order right before me. No one else in the store. I didn't receive my order until 9:02pm. My burger was not hot, it was warm as if it had been sitting out and the fries were not hot either... All I asked for was a little Cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and a little Fries, they didn't put the bbq sauce on it. I received my order before the family of 4 that was there before me. It shouldn't take 17 minutes to cook a burger and make fries, and then get burger and fries that are not even hot and fresh... I've never had a horrible experience on all my previous visits to this location.. It's ridiculous to have to wait 17 minutes when it is not even busy and even more ridiculous to wait that long then get food that isn't hot and fresh off the grill/out of the fryer and not even correct....

This is my second time in the last week going to this five guys and getting Cajun fries that were entirely too salty. It seems like they dumped the whole salt container into the fries. When I took them back, there was nothing that they could do about my order because they had already closed down the register and had no fries left. The order was placed right before closing. This is the second time I’ve had this issue and it has not resolved itself even though each time I’ve taken fries back. Never again.

Bryce at this location is the best!! He was super friendly and laughing with all his customers! He seems to love his job and makes a difference in everyone’s life that he interacts with!! The food is good as always, but nothing can beat friendly staff that make you feel welcome and cared for!! Thank you Bryce!!

Ordered online for pickup, 3 cheeseburgers... 2 were double patty with bacon and 1 was a single. They had everything ready at pickup which was 11 minutes. Great dinner!

This is our go-to place for burgers. It's expensive, but it's worth it! I love how you can easily customize your orders so everyone gets what they want. And we can usually get by on a single large fry for three to four people! (The picture below is an order of two regular sized Cajun fries.) We ordered take out this time, but the restaurant is clean with plenty of seating.
