We love the subs, most workers great. But I tell ya, when waiting for our order, this young man walked in with his pants well below the waist and where does he go? Behind the counter to work. C'mon, have some type of dress code. I don't want food prepared by someone with his pants down below his butt.

My first time in years and 2nd total at a Firehouse and probably last, 3/12 between 15:00-15:45. Maybe fewer new customers is the goal. The woman who took my order was short and hurried. She asked my order while i was reading the menu. I asked how much the cajun mayo tastes like regular mayo, and instead of offering to put it on the side or a side to taste test, she was just like “if i don’t like mayo i just wouldn’t get it.” i asked what are possible sides for a combo and if i can get the advertised fries on a combo, and she didn’t list them or point to their location on the menu but just said “cookie, brownie, fries anything.” i found out later other sides include mac n cheese among others. she was zooming out the door at the same time the payment pinged through without offering a receipt or a “thanks” or “have a good day.” i had only those 2 questions, didn’t take long to decide on anything, and there were no customers behind me. if neutral customer service was that much of a problem, someone else should’ve taken my order so she could just leave. while waiting, a man with his son told another employee the same lady “was so rude” he didn’t get to order everything he needed. my only positive interaction was with a younger lady making the sub. i asked if i can have the cajun mayo on the side because i might end up liking it. she was polite and agreed—no irritation involved. she clearly doesn’t see customers as a pest. i did turn out to like the cajun mayo, so this young lady saved my sandwich. the sandwich was not good enough to pay justify $19 and change for this bad experience. i should’ve read reviews before coming here on a whim. it was also smoky like others said, which i didn’t care about.

Came in to get a salad. The employees in this store were extremely rude when I asked for a bag for my food because my order was for take out. After I asked the woman proceeded to give her co workers a nasty look because I asked for a bag. As if I was interrupting her while she was standing there doing nothing. Awful customer service. Don’t recommend
