Firehouse Subs is good for a tasty sandwich. They use fresh stuff and have lots of hot sauces. The fries are okay crispy and seasoned, good as a side.it's a dependable place for a good meal. i will definitely be coming back here again!

Store manager Tiffany is really rude! She slam my food in the trash because I asked for a refund after she would not remake my order. It was a call in order and when I pick it up the bag was sloppy and food was thrown in there and I was told they were out of boxes so my order was broken up in small boxes. Both managers Tiffany and Kander lied, I was looking at boxes and customers coming in after me getting food prepared and boxed correctly!! After waiting over 10 minutes Kander supposedly spoke to his GM and got authorization for refund. They both refused to give General manager’s information for complaint.

I believe a young woman may have been in training and was having a rough time. She wasn't friendly at all. I hope she's doing better. The food was great.

The staff is wonderful and the food is always prepared quickly and delicious.
