Bought a rainfall shower head and now I never want to leave the bathroom. Great demo area too. Delivery took a few days longer, but worth it.

Customer service is beyond expectations! Brandi was amazing and spent several hours with me when I was working to get appliances for my newly remodeled kitchen.

Had to pick up a large hot water heater. Got there just at opening time and it was already sitting on the dock waiting for us. Signed the paperwork and they loaded it onto our truck. Great service and friendly people.

Same experience others have had. No idea why the front desk is there, not once did the clerk acknowledge another human walked past her or that we were there. No one was available to ask questions. One other sales lady was helping a customer not once acknowledged we were there. We waited around for 10/15 minutes. Left & went to Dave's Appliances & got a awesome stove & dishwasher. Yes they lost a 4K sale

Ferguson is where we get all our supplies from for our jobs. We go there everyday. Always nice employees an great place for all plumbing endeavors.
