Sometimes this location seems to be very shorthanded, thus a quiet wait time to be seen. However Macee(hope I have spelled her name right,) is very helpful and kind. Awesome job on her!

Macee went above and beyond to help me get a package that had been shipped overseas and delayed at a processing center, finally delivered to my son. It would probably still be sitting 2 hours from the destination if not for her. Very friendly, professional, and thorough!

The employees here are the absolute best. I come to make copies for work every few months & will be there for several hours. They are so attentive & friendly that I actually look forward to seeing them & know my job will be easier thanks to them. I also watch them interact with others shipping products etc while I'm there and they always seem very helpful. 10/5 stars.

Called to confirm times of last truck to leave in order to ensure my package was received at the appropriate time. Arrived 30 minutes before the last truck was schedule to leave but the truck left early, delaying my package of perishables. No remedy was provided rather than traveling to another location, where it wasn't guaranteed the truck wouldn't have left before I arrived. Went to review this on their specific site, couldn't find a place to review this location so i called tech support for info on where these reviews were pulled from and where i can leave one of my own. Customer care said those reviews were taken from google, where i am currently the first review for this location, so unsure where those other 24 5-Star reviews came from if not from google. Rather convenient for them, but not for the customers who suffer from dishonest business practices.

Convenient hours and location and the woman that works the desk is always very very friendly to me. She made my day when she said my girlfriend and I were a cute couple 🙂
