Mark was able to help find coverage for our new home in South Carolina! He was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

It has been 12 days since I contacted this agency to get quotes for my homes and cars and have not received any response. This makes me wonder if all of the people that left five stars reviews are family members. Mark Boyd and his team are the most irresponsible people that I ever dealt with. I can't believe the way they're running their business. There is no star for review, othervise this place deserves zero star!

STAY away from this so called insurance company!!!! Save your money and spend it with a company that actually covers you when you need it. Roof leaks due to wind and weather that damage the inside of a home with mold in the attic are NOT covered UNLESS you have half of the roof blown off. Im a homebuilder and have been for 20 plus years and had 2 professional roofing companies give estimates to Farmers. The adjuster that came out went on the roof for 2 minutes and said roof boot. Ok 2 professional roofers that do this everyday say storm damage is the cause. Not to mention the adjuster never made notes in his system as to what he looked at. OR you can go and tear shingles off yourself and get it covered through insurance. Or at least that what i was told by Farmers. BUT im honest and know the cause was from the damaging winds and storms. Save your money and find a real insurance company that cares about their customers and dont take the cheap way out.
