Farm Bureau Insurance

Amazing service. Have been a customer 10 years. They have always been the lowest when I recheck rates and places every 2 years. Nobody been able to beat them. I recently had a car totaled out. They gave me more than expected made the process easy and paid me quickly so could replace my car. When I enter the office they always are kind and help you quickly. They even do auto loan financing now. I have always been pleased with every aspect. The adjusters agents and front office staff. Amazing service.

My wife and I have been with Farm Bureau since 1995. We have always gotten excellent service and competitive rates. The company we worked for allowed an insurance broker to come in each year and try to get employees better rates. When I called the visiting broker and told them we were with Farm Bureau they told me there was no need in doing a comparison because they knew they could not beat the Farm Bureau rates. We have our home, vehicles, cabin, rental property, ATV's, everything, with Farm Bureau. Our agent has been Gale Kirkland for over 21 years. She is outstanding! She goes above and beyond in providing quality service to my wife and I! About 8 or so years ago we had a leak in our home and everything was covered. An adjuster came out and identified that when the house was built many years earlier, the contractor ran black plastic pipe which is against code. He explained that Farm Bureau would pay for the repairs but as soon as the repairs were completed they would drop our insurance because they could not insure a home with black plastic pipe. Gale worked with us and the adjuster to find out what we had to do to maintain our insurance with Farm Bureau. We have always gotten quality service and support from Gale and highly recommend her to any and all that are looking for a five star insurance agent and an outstanding company like Farm Bureau!

So I have been a customer of Farm bureau for years with Gale Kirkland as my most recent agent and first terrible experience. My husband and I were looking at auto quotes for our newly purchased vehicle. Ms. Kirkland sent me a quote of 600 dollars less than what the actual premium is they expected to be paid in 3 weeks. She is very rude and consistent about how busy she is and telling customers how she has to go back and forth to Wagener office, which is her paid job I do believe. When I contacted her about the difference in prices it took weeks for her to get back to me. Thanks to no help from her we are now switching insurance companies and starting over. I'd like to save your time and tell you look other places for auto insurance. You will thank me in the end. Oh yea, they also charge a membership fee which I still have yet to benefit from. My mom has had homeowners insurance for awhile. The agent, Gale Kirkland, has not been nice or cooperative with my mom about the repairs needed done to her house. My mom has a contractor who's willing to do the repairs and such. The contractor contacted Gale Kirkland himself to make arrangements for the work to be done. And it seems as if Gale Kirkland would not work with him on a time line to get the repairs done at my mom's house. Gale Kirkland is the problem here, it's either her way or the highway. Gale Kirkland is canceling my mom's homeowners insurance because of this. This upsets my mom so much. Now, my mom has to find a new homeowners insurance at a different company. Also, Gale Kirkland spoke to my mom extremely rude and unprofessional.
