Family Dollar

The cashier working at the store is very rude and unprofessional just clearly does not want to do her job. I shop at this family dollar all the time because it is near my house. Most of the time when i visit the store i receive the best customer service however tonight i tried to simply exchange an item (alien tape) because i purchased the wrong kind my previous visit and the cashier told me that they do not do returns without a receipt yet the exchange policy that is posted on the counter when you check out clearly states that they will exchange or give a store credit for items brought back without a receipt. However i suppose Miesha just did not want to do her job, i will come back when someone else is working that actually wants to do their job and exchange my item.

I just stop at this store to get snacks and drinks and this store has alot of expired food and drinks. I told the cashier on the sales floor about all the expired food in hope that she would remove the items ,but she acted like she didn't care and didn't remove any of the items. So I left everything in my cart and walked out. I warn you if you shop here please check everything.

Use to be a nice manager before now the people working there literally don't care , cashier haven't been working good for like 2 months not even intention on helping costumers...

I stop in here from time to time to pick up snacks and minor things I need for my household. They carry a lot of my favorite candies here so I'm always pleased when I come here. They also have my favorite cookies here, Lance's Lem-O-Lunch cookies. The store I usually get them from stopped carrying them so I was bummed out about that until I found them here. I found two cute turbans for $2 here. Those are for my bad hair days and I have been wearing them faithfully for the past week. I've been giving C. Delores Tucker realness!!!! They also sell some good beauty products here too. I'm always in luck when I find some good ones. The employees here are very friendly and are willing to help in any way possible. I will continue to shop here!!!

The young ladies at this store are awesome! Even though it just may be apart of their job, when they speak to me and ask me how I am, I feel their sincerity and I am glad to see them when I walk in. Always a great experience when I visit! I hope they get to read this post! Thanks Ladies!
