Worst staff encounters with the older cashier. She has the most unprofessional mindset and is constantly snatching items from customers. This location has gone downhill.

Please be careful about the staff you hire because they can destroy your business. I still can't recover from the insults from the supervisor of this store on Saturday evening (June 25th, 2023). She couldn't not apply the $5 discount, which I clipped on the Family Dollar app. She was very upset with me, Instead of apologizing about her incompetence. I had to ask for a refund of all items already paid for. I blessed her before leaving, but will never purchase anything from this store again. My son was almost crying watching her insult me the way she did. She is the only staff with this awful behavior. Every other staff has been nice to me since over 5 years of shopping at this store.

There's always something wrong with this store. Doors locked during business hours (this is today's case), credit card machine ALWAYS dysfunctions and this has been going on for months, merchandise carts always crowding the aisle, etc. Location is convenient but experience is always an inconvenience.

The store is located in a decent spot however the front entrance is literally 10 feet or less from the main road. (It sits at an awkward angle) so if a car was to crash there the store would have an instant drive thru! Once you enter it's your typical dollar store set up. The set up is spacious for the most part. The store was a little messy but that's what you would expect on a holiday due to higher volume of customers getting last minute stuff. Overall not a bad experience, they have great selections and on a regular business day I'm sure the store would have been nicer.
