I had an excellent experience at Eyemart! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, from start to finish. I highly recommend Eyemart for anyone looking for quality eyewear and top-notch service. I'll definitely be coming back!

The customer service was exceptional. Customer service representative was courteous and kind. She acknowledged my presence and helped me as soon as she was available. She made sure she let me know my options if I had any issues with my prescription and was attentive to my concerns. I couldn’t have a better experience at Eyemart Express! This place was so wonderful to me and my mom. My mom wears bifocals so we went to about four different eyeglass places and everybody told us they would not be able to get her glasses done the same day because of her prescription type and she is super blind, so she can’t wait 10 days for them to send her glasses so we decided to try eye mart express as soon as we went to there They said her glasses will be ready in two hours and they were done in exactly 76 minutes. I was so happy and so grateful because my mom cannot drive without her glasses so it was a big hindrance, but eye mart express came through for us Thank you.

This journey of wearing glasses is new to me, and I must admit, I initially struggled with the idea of how I would look. However, her kind words truly touched my heart and made a significant difference in how I see myself. The entire staff created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which only added to my positive experience. I’m really looking forward to returning in December, all dressed up in my cap and gown, so I can personally thank her. From LPN to soon-to-be RN—it's a thrilling journey!

The wait was a little longer than I was expecting but they seemed to be short staffed that day, so it’s understandable. The doctor was top notch and all the ladies I spoke to at my appointment were very nice and helpful! Both of my glasses were finished in less than 20mins!!! THAT is amazing! Especially given that I live an hour from Augusta, so I loved that I got them the same day. I’ll definitely be back!
